Women are drawn to being the caretakers of the world. We are so good at getting everything and everyone taken care of that many of our own needs remain unmet or forgotten.
Many of us would make sure everyone on the plane is wearing their oxygen mask before even checking to see if ours is there.
More than ever, women are walking through life alone. Occasionally we have the energy to fill the smallest cracks that remain in our schedules with some semblance of a social life or "me time," which rarely comes without guilt. We think self-care means bubble baths and pedicures and we beat ourselves up around food, exercise, and so many other "shoulds."

That's why we created This is it! – a community for women who want to live more of the good life, who want to say Yes! to taking up more space in our lives, Yes! to less struggle and noise, Yes! to not shouldering the hard stuff alone, Yes! to more nourishing connection, meaning, and joy. Starting now, because it's about time we reclaim space in our own lives and find a path that feels good along the way.
We're creating in-person (Greenville SC) and online events and experiences full of amazing women, experts, teachers, and coaches to inspire and support each other along the way.
A superhero doesn't forget to put on her own oxygen mask. She puts it on first, knowing that everyone on the plane will benefit from her superpowers and this will only happen if she can breathe. She puts it on first, every single day, not just because it's the best way to help others but because she loves and honors her one wild and precious life enough to prioritize and celebrate breathing. She knows that her relationship with herself sets the foundation for everything.
