The holiday season can feel so nonstop busy, and caring for ourselves can easily become a lower priority that usual. We women tend to give and give and give some more – maybe possibly taking time for ourselves later, once the holidays are over, once this and that and the other things happen. But that time for rest and joy, time just for us, usually never materializes – unless it's when our body forces us to slow down with a cold or a migraine or something even more intense.
This busy season is exactly the right time to practice taking time for ourselves and to celebrate our worthiness, starting now and not someday when. Time just for us won't be given to us by anyone else – we have to love ourselves enough to give it to ourselves. Andrea is dedicated to guiding people through challenging life circumstances to their own inner light and intuition. She is a Spiritual Counselor, Intuitive Eating counselor, yoga facilitator, and strength coach. She helps people let go of anxiety, anger, and fear and experience the joy of mental freedom, self-love, and Soul-led living.
Andrea believes that wisdom and healing reside within the body and that each of us has the power and creative energy to shape the trajectory of our life. We create our own suffering and feel trapped when we allow our minds to ruminate in old stories, limiting beliefs, and what others are saying and doing. As we focus on pleasure and gratitude instead of fear and separation, true abundance flows to us. Andrea embraces her own version of self-love and care by hiking with her two teenage boys, dancing, reading, lifting weights, and savoring ridiculously decadent foods. |
