Frequently Asked Questions

Will i be expected to share my feelings or talk about myself?
Not if you don't feel comfortable doing so. You'll be listening to the experts much more than you'll be speaking. This isn't group therapy. The mission of the conference is to bring crucial information to women about their health and wellbeing, which they'll be able to implement in ways that align with their values, priorities, needs, and abilities.  There will be many opportunities for socializing during breaks but you're welcome to keep to yourself or spend alone time during those breaks. Some of the transformation workshops will encourage sharing, and many will not. If you're not comfortable talking about yourself, we recommend choosing workshops where that isn't a part of the experience. We'll be happy to help point you in the right direction when you check in to the conference!
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE EACH DAY?
Furman University is a fairly easy campus to navigate and there will be adequate (free) parking available for you at the conference center. Thus, there will be no need to arrive extra early. We will open the doors to the conference center about 30 minutes prior to the conference start time each day in order to give you a big, warm welcome and get you all checked-in!
IS there a minimum age to attend?
We kindly request that every attendee be at least 16 years of age. This is an adult conference and we would like all the women in attendance to feel comfortable discussing personal, 'grown up' topics, if they are so inclined, without young people in the audience.
IS this conference only for women?
This conference is exclusively for women and welcomes all individuals who identify as women. We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone who shares this identity. We also expect all participants to be welcoming, kind, and respectful to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
May I purchase a ticket at the door?
No. Please purchase your ticket HERE in advance to secure your spot.
I've never visited greenville. Will i like it?
Greenville, SC is the city the founders live in and we absolutely love it! All four of us are transplants, and among the various reasons we were drawn here are it's prime location (only hours away from the mountains of North Carolina, the beaches of Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head Island, and the cities of Asheville, Charlotte, and Atlanta).

Greenville is a true mid-sized city; not too big and not too small. It's a perfect place for to rent an e-bike for a ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a night walk across Liberty Bridge in Falls Park, or a baseball game at Fluor Field. The foodie scene here is on-point, and there is nothing better than a morning hike to an exuberant sunrise at Pretty Place Chapel in the mountains. As the leaves return and usher in the springtime, you're likely to find us swimming at Paris Mountain or in the crystal clear waters of Lake Jocassee. There is also a pretty good chance you'll find us sitting outside, enjoying local craft beverages and farm-to-table meals at Unity Park or The Swamp Rabbit Cafe.

We love how this vibrant city offers sweet and picturesque coffee shops, museums, boutiques, art galleries, charming downtowns, and so much more. The opportunities to connect and spend quality time with others here are endless, and despite its growth Greenville still feels intimate, accessible, and friendly. We think you'll love your springtime visit to Greenville (often referred to as “Cleanville” by the locals) and we can't wait to offer you a nice Southern welcome!

Is my conference ticket refundable or transferrable?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.

Yes, tickets are indeed transferrable (to another woman age 18+). Please visit the ticketing page HERE and click "Transfer My Ticket" at the top of the page. You'll be guided through the steps to transfer your ticket to another person. Your order number and the email address you submitted when you purchased your ticket will be required. You will also need to have the first/last name and email address of the person you are transferring your ticket to.

The terms of the price and payment are between you and the person you are transferring your ticket to. She should pay you directly (unless you are offering it as a gift). You will not receive a refund through our system when you transfer your ticket.

The transfer is processed through the ticketing software so unfortunately we cannot assist with this.
When will i select the transformation workshops I'd like to attend?
If you purchase a Bells and Whistles ticket, we will reach out to you in advance (via email) a couple weeks prior to the conference. Please check your 'spam' folder if you have not received an email by May 12. One of the special perks of your ticket type is the opportunity to secure your Transformation Workshop spot in advance.

If you purchase a General Admission ticket, you will get to select your Transformation Workshop among the available options when you check-in at the conference each day.
