Andrea Woods
SPIRITUAL COUNSELOR, INTUITIVE EATING COUNSELOR, YOGA FACILITATOR, AND STRENGTH COACH Woods Integrative Wellness |
Andrea's mission is to provide a sacred and supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges and transitions, offering spiritual tools and practices for healing, growth, and peace. She is passionate about empowering others to uncover their innate wisdom, facilitate transformation, and live authentically from a place of love and spiritual awareness.
Andrea believes that wisdom and healing reside within the body and that each of us has the power and creative energy to shape the trajectory of our life. We create our own suffering and feel trapped when we allow our minds to ruminate in old stories, limiting beliefs, and what others are saying and doing. As we focus on pleasure and gratitude instead of fear and separation, true abundance flows to us. Andrea embraces her own version of self-love and care by hiking with her two teenage boys, dancing, reading, lifting weights, and savoring ridiculously decadent foods. |

Laura Fernandez
GARDENER, EDUCATOR, RESTAURATEUR Front Yard Foods |
Laura Fernandez founded Front Yard Foods in 2022, but her passion for food first sprouted when she built her first garden with her grandfather at the age of 12. Originally from Georgia, Laura fell in love with the Greenville community in 1997, as a freshman at Furman University. After graduation, Laura spent time doing graduate work in Tuscany, Italy where she learned what it really meant to eat locally and seasonally.
That passion for food led Laura’s work in a variety of local restaurants and then eventually to manage a local garden center for several years. These experiences enabled her to understand food from both the culinary and farming side. This extensive education, as both a gardener and restaurateur, has solidified Laura’s mission to teach people how to grow their own food, as well as, how to get it on their table. Food, farming and community are of the greatest importance to Laura. Through Front Yard Foods, Laura hopes to inspire others to find their own connection to the earth and its value while building the confidence of each client to accomplish their unique goals. |
